WHAT ARE THE ONLINE SHOP SUPPORT HOURS?
Our team is available to speak with you Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. We also have an after hours support team, so feel free to email us and we’ll reply quickly.
CAN YOU LET ME KNOW WHEN A PARTICULAR ITEM I’M AFTER IS BACK IN STOCK?
Yes! Let us know which item you are after, and we’ll get in touch as soon as it is back in stock.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
In the event that you need to change or cancel an order, please call us immediately on 03 9525 3073 or email [email protected] with your request. If your order has not been packed for shipment, we will do everything possible to make the changes you request. Our goal is to fully process your order within a few hours of receiving it, so changes may not be possible.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We pride ourselves on same day shipping for orders placed before 1:30pm. Please note some items will require extra preparation for dispatch and will not be shipped same day, these include all stringed instruments, Djembes excluding Indo series, Bata drums and all skins.
You’ll have the option of choosing either Express Post or Standard Post. Check the AusPost website calculator for shipping times specific to your postcode.
