Kids’ parties light up with drumming, dancing, and the energy of West Africa.
African drumming parties create a one-of-a-kind celebration where kids can drum, dance, and sing together.
From toddlers to teenagers, each child has their own djembe to play, making it easy to join in and share the fun with friends.
A typical session runs for around 50 minutes, with the length adjusted to suit the age group.
Available across Australia, our friendly facilitators, drawing on West African traditions, keep the sessions lively, inclusive, and adaptable – tailoring the mix of activities to suit your party.

Always!
Parents are welcome (and encouraged) to join.
For little ones aged 0–3, parents usually drum alongside their child.
For ages 4 and older, kids can drum on the floor or on chairs if available.
Often we can!
If you share the song with us before the party, we’ll look at the rhythm and do our best to weave it into the drumming.
Kids love hearing a familiar tune on the drums, and it’s a fun way to make the party extra special.
Pricing depends on several factors, including the number of participants and location.
