What are the online shop support hours?
Our team is available to speak with you Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. We also have an after hours support team, so feel free to email us and we’ll reply quickly.
Can you let me know when a particular item is back in stock?
Yes! Let us know which item you are after, and we’ll get in touch as soon as it is back in stock.
Can I change my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, call us on 03 9525 3073 or email [email protected] as soon as possible. We aim to process orders within a few hours of receiving them, so the sooner you reach out, the better our chances of catching it before it ships.
When will I receive my order?
We ship same day for orders placed before 1:30pm. The exceptions are stringed instruments, djembes (excluding the Indo series), bata drums and all skins, which need extra prep before they can go out. For delivery times and postage options, see our shipping page.

Do you have discounts for Educational Institutes, and do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Get in touch and we’ll send you our Schools and Community catalogue, or put together a tailored quote for your organisation.

Can I buy second-hand items?
Only drums, not our other instruments. Take a look through our pre-loved second-grade drums – each one is inspected for structural integrity, and any cosmetic flaws are noted.
Do you have laybuy?
We offer a three month lay-by with a minimum 10% deposit.
We can do credit card over the phone or direct deposit. You can also come into the store any time.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, they can be bought either online and in store.

I saw an item online. Can I visit the store to try it out?
Yes you can! We are located on 252 St Kilda Road, St Kilda, with free short-term parking right outside the shop.
You can also jump on a no. 3 or 67 tram, which stop right across the street (stop 33).
