About These Baskets
These Baskets are hand-woven from the elephant grass which grows in the rich flood plains of the White Volta near the village of Bolgatanga, Northern Ghana.
They’re equipped with durable leather handles and are perfect for carrying your shakers and bells around, shopping, in the garden, around the home or just sitting pretty. Fully malleable and easy to reshape, simply immerse in water for a few minutes and adjust while wet. We include a care and shaping guide to keep your basket looking its best.
For single orders, you can specify your choice of dominant colour and we will do our best to match it. A selection of colours will be sent for sets of 10. Pictures are provided for reference only. Every basket is hand made and unique.
