About the Shell
Stumpy dunun are carved from durable and sustainable Indonesian red mahogany. Smaller and lighter than full-sized dunun for portability and ease of play. Red mahogany is a light-weight hardwood, with a reddish tint. It makes for portable instruments which still boast strong projection and range.
