Tribalism Jam Night
April 22, 2024
Community & Events

The dance floor was humming at our Tribalism jam on Friday night.
We were joined by a big team of our local Ghanaian muso’s, with Boubacar Gaye driving the dun grooves.

These Tribalism events showcase all of our African Drumming groups and they are a great celebration of our students hard work and dedication.

Highlights of the night include:

  • Our St Kilda groups (under the guidance of Magic Mike and Al)
  • Pete Lee’s Balnarring crew
  • Pete Vadiveloo’s Drum Circles crew
  • Aslatua demonstration with Odai Nmai
  • Djembefola Solo with Simon Fraser
